1. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

Refunds or replacements will only be considered under the following conditions:

• The product was damaged during delivery

Requests that do not fall under these conditions will not be eligible for a refund or return.


2. Reporting a Defective or Damaged Product

Customers must report any defective or damaged product within 5 days of delivery.

To request a return or refund, customers must send an email to our support team including:

• Product name
• Description of the issue
• Clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage

4. Return Process

If a refund or replacement request is approved:

• Customers may be asked to return the product to the specified address, or
• Our team may arrange a pickup where available

The product must be returned in:

• Original condition
• Original packaging (if available)
• With all accessories and components

Failure to return the complete product may result in rejection of the refund request.


5. Refund Method

If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider or bank.


6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Incorrect product ordered by the customer
• Minor cosmetic variations that do not affect functionality
• Damage caused due to improper use, installation, or handling
• Products reported after the 5-day reporting period


7. Service Charges

Any installation charges, service charges, or technical visit charges are non-refundable once the service has been completed.


8. Manufacturer Warranty

Some products sold by Airbirds Private Limited may carry a manufacturer warranty.

In such cases, customers may need to contact the manufacturer’s authorized service center for warranty claims.

Airbirds Private Limited may assist customers with warranty information but is not responsible for manufacturer warranty decisions.
